All original content, designs, branding, and materials on this site are the exclusive property of the site owner unless otherwise noted. Custom code delivered to clients becomes subject to the specific licensing terms agreed upon in the individual service agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities & Site Access

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining backups of their own websites prior to requesting support or technical interventions.

• We are not responsible for pre-existing website vulnerabilities, third-party plugin failures, or data loss occurring outside the scope of our direct work.

5. Payment Terms

Fees for technical support and development services must be paid according to the schedule specified in your project agreement or invoice. We reserve the right to suspend or withhold services for accounts with overdue balances.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services, website, or third-party software (including WordPress core and third-party plugins).

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Prince Edward Island, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
